Wherever You Call Home.

Regan Billingsley Interiors creates highly personal residential interiors from our studios in Washington, DC and Naples, Florida, for clients nationwide.

Clients come to us when they want a home that feels considered rather than styled.

Our interiors communicate through material, proportion, craftsmanship, and history. They feel intelligent, lived-in, and quietly confident.

Craft matters. Longevity matters. Expression is intentional, never performative.

We design at ease with restraint and presence, heritage and modernity, softness and structure. Nothing is about proving taste; everything is about living inside of it.

Our work is grounded in timeless principles such as proportion, architectural detail, balance, and thoughtful planning. We make spaces personal through art, objects, pattern, color, texture, and the experiences of the people who live there.

Meet Regan

Portrait of interior designer Regan Billingsley smiling.

My approach to design is rooted in intention rather than display.

That philosophy was shaped early on.

I grew up in Maryland in a home my Francophile mother layered with Provençal ease and understated Parisian flair. Weekends were spent rummaging through the fabric shelves at Pierre Deux to make lampshades and wandering Antique Row in search of furniture with a past.

She taught me that a home should be personal, comfortable, and original, never trend-driven, never overworked, and always reflective of the people who live there.

Above all, she instilled in me a reverence for workmanship.

That appreciation continues to guide my work today. I collaborate with artisans, artists, and trusted vendors around the world to source pieces with integrity. We source objects that carry cultural meaning, evidence of human hand, and lasting relevance.

Years of cultivating relationships with independently owned and established businesses also allow me to connect our projects with thoughtful architects, builders, craftspeople, artisans, and vendors as needed.

Every home I design is meant to be lived in.  Spaces should not feel staged or precious. They should be deeply functional, layered, comfortable, and enduring.

No two homes are ever the same because no two lives are.

When I’m not designing or spending time with my family, you’ll often find me open-water swimming. It’s where my mind quiets and my best ideas surface.

That balance, between rigor and ease, intention and intuition, is the same balance I seek in every interior.

Design, to me, is not about making a statement.

It’s about creating a place that feels unmistakably yours.

After receiving an undergraduate degree in art and art history, along with her degree in Interior Architecture and Design from the Pratt Institute, she honed her craft by working with some of the world’s leading designers, in both Los Angeles and New York, before establishing Regan Billingsley Interiors in 2013. She is a member of CBIA in Naples, Florida , ASID, and an Architectural Digest Pro Designer.

Design starts & ends with you.

Beautiful interiors are only meaningful when they support the lives happening inside them.

That is why every RBI project begins by understanding more than aesthetic preferences. We want to know how you live, what you value, what you collect, where you travel, how you entertain, what makes you comfortable, and what you want your home to make possible.

From there, we develop an interior that balances function, architecture, craftsmanship, and individuality.

The result is not an RBI “look”. It is your home, considered more deeply.
