Once furnishings and materials are approved, RBI manages procurement for items being purchased through our firm.

This may include obtaining vendor quotations, preparing invoices, placing paid orders, monitoring order status, coordinating with receiving warehouses, addressing freight or damage issues, and coordinating delivery and furnishings installation within the approved scope.

How Approvals Work

Clear decisions help protect both the design and the purchasing process.

RBI uses two distinct approval stages:

1. Design Presentation Approval

   We present the design and related selections in coordinated groups so you can evaluate how the individual pieces work together.

   Your approval confirms the design direction and selections presented.

2. Invoice Approval & Payment

   Once applicable selections are approved, RBI prepares product invoices.

   Invoice approval and payment authorize RBI to proceed with procurement. Products are not ordered until the applicable invoice has been approved and payment has been received.
